UltraCap® H.D. high-capacity capsule filter withstands demanding environments and seamlessly integrates into One-Touch® single-use systems. Product can be specified with removal ratings from .04-99 µm for critical applications through prefiltration of pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals. Filter membrane choices include PVDF, PES, PP, and PTFE, while microfiber prefilter media choices such as PP, borosilicate glass, and PP depth media are also available.

New Inline Capsule Filter Offers Seamless Integration into Single-Use Systems (SUS)
The new inline UltraCap® H.D. high capacity capsule filter offers seamless integration into SUS for pharmaceutical and biomanufacturing applications. The robust inline UltraCap® H.D. withstands rough handling conditions and demanding environments, while providing high flow rates and high throughput. The high capacity capsule filter is ideal for integration into One-Touch® single-use systems or other compatible SUS.
The inline version of the UltraCap® H.D. capsule filter can be specified with removal ratings from 0.04 µm - 99 µm for critical applications through prefiltration of pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals. A choice of filter membranes is available in PVDF (SteriLUX® or Steridyne®), PES (STyLUX® or EverLUX®), PP (Chemdyne®), and PTFE (Ultradyne®). Meissner also offers the inline UltraCap® H.D. with microfiber prefilter media choices in PP (ALpHA®) and borosilicate glass (Protec®), and PP depth media (DeltaMax®). For aseptic processing, a gamma-irradiated version can be specified.
