Using infrared sensor and immersion probe, battery-powered Model FST-300 safely monitors surface and product temperature. Infrared sensor offers temperature range of -67 to 482°F, while probe provides range of -67 to 626°F. Thermometer includes built-in white light to illuminate measurement area, and HACCP zone display for visual indication when products are within safe storage temperature range for both hot and cold food products.
