April 9, 2009 - CE and RoHS compliant, OS303 utilizes Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point check mode that integrates 3 visible LED icons to indicate whether temperature is within FDA guidelines for frozen or hot foods. Lock mode provides continuous readings of up to 30 min for infrared surface temperatures and 4 min for internal readings with stainless steel probe. Other features include adjustable emissivity, auto power off, and choice between °C or °F measurement.

The OS303 utilizes a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point check mode which features 3 visible LED icons to indicate whether the temperature is within FDA guidelines for frozen or hot foods. It also features a lock mode for continuous readings of up to 30 minutes for infrared surface temperatures and 4 minutes for internal readings with the stainless steel probe. This CE and RoHS compliant product also has adjustable emissivity, auto power off, and the user may choose Celsius or Fahrenheit degree measurement. Perfect for sanitary, food, and labs.
