The Silent Defenders® Close Without a Sound
Introducing The Silent Defenders from United Receptacle. This new version of The Defenders line incorporates a damper-controlled lid that silently glides closed. All of the proven features of The Defenders line are included in the new Silent Defenders models as well. These receptacles comply with OSHA standards on bloodborne pathogens for the safe containment of infectious waste. All models are constructed from fire-safe steel and are available with the Germ-Fighters rigid plastic liner. This liner is treated with an antimicrobial compound to resist the growth of mold, mildew, odor causing bacteria and many germs harmful to humans such salmonella, staph and E.coli.
Choose from six models ranging in size from 7 to 40 gallon capacity. All models are available in white, red or almond durable Uni-Koat powder coated finish; or non-magnetic stainless steel. Optional Biohazard decals are available to ensure proper waste disposal.
