February 29, 2008 - Constructed from 316 and 316L stainless steel, intrinsically safe Series IS626 senses pressure of gases and liquids in hazardous environments. Pressure sensor offers 0.25% full scale accuracy on ranges from full vacuum, compound, 0-15 to 0-5,000 psig. Available with ¼ in. male or female NPT or BSPT process connection, transmitter uses 3 ft cable or 4-pin M-12 connector for electrical connection.

Dwyer Instruments, Inc., the preferred source for your complete range of practical and affordable instrumentation, is announcing the release of its NEW Series IS626 Intrinsically Safe Industrial Pressure Transmitter.

The Series IS626 Intrinsically Safe Pressure Transmitter contains a highly accurate pressure sensor that offers 0.25% full scale accuracy on ranges from full vacuum, compound, 0-15 to 0-5000 PSIG. Constructed from 316 and 316L stainless steel, the IS626 senses the pressure of gases & liquids for use in hazardous environments rated for Class I, Div. I Groups A, B, C, D; Class II Div. 1 Groups E, F, G; and Class III, Div. 1.

The IS626 Intrinsically Safe Transmitter is available with a ¼ in. male or female NPT or BSPT process connection. Electrical connection options are either a 3 foot cable or a 4 pin M-12 connector. Dwyer Instruments also offers intrinsically safe galvanic isolators or zener barriers to complete the intrinsically safe loop.
