Industrial Hose Pump has flow of 100 m³/hr at up to 10 bar.

Press Release Summary:

Model LPP-T100 hose pump delivers 31 L/360° revolution while requiring 25 L of lubricant. Featuring low-friction, rolling design, pump runs continuously in temperatures up to 98°C, and operates 24/7 without overheating. Medium does not have to be homogenous or be mixed or sheared. Able to pump slurries and dose abrasive, corrosive, viscous, or crystallizing media, product suits mining, mineral, and metallurgy applications and energy, construction, and environmental industries.

Original Press Release:

Flowrox Launches the World's Largest Hose Pump, LPP-T100

The constant product development has generated the newest innovation of Flowrox, LPP-T100 hose pump. It can pump maximum flow of 100 m³/h with pressure up to 10 bar.

Using the unique Flowrox roller design, the pump will deliver 31 litres per single 360 degree revolution and still only requires 25 litres of lubricant, says Mr. Markus Rossi, Manager of Hose Pump Technology at Flowrox.

-- We have proven performance in the toughest applications, handling heavy duty media especially in Mining, Minerals and Metallurgy as well as in Energy, Construction and Environment industries, he continues, among others. Thickener underflow is an excellent application for the LPP-T100 hose pump.

Designed for heavy industrial duties with the lowest life cycle costs
With over 100 000 deliveries during over 30 years of experience in flow control technology, Flowrox is well-known also for its heavy duty pinch and knife gate valves as well as progressive cavity pumps. All Flowrox products have the lowest total cost of ownership and very high efficiency.

Flowrox hose pumps are ideal for pumping various slurries and dosing a wide range of abrasive, corrosive, viscous or crystallizing media, says Mr. Rossi. Flowrox hose pumps incorporate an advanced design, which eliminates friction, maximizes hose life time and reduces energy consumption, he continues. They offer various process benefits, such as:

o Continuous flow rate 24/7 without overheating, resulting in higher flow with a smaller pump

o Accurate flow

o Medium does not have to be homogeneous

o No mixing or shearing of the medium

Flowrox hose pump is the number one pump for hot temperatures, as it can run continuously even in 98°C degrees due to the low friction rolling design, states Mr. Rossi. Flowrox pumps' technical features and benefits lead to reduced energy consumption, easier maintenance and lower operating costs.
