Biofit AE Chairs Offer Comfort, Support And Durability
BioFit® Engineered Products’ new AE Series ergonomic industrial chairs feature a sculptured (saddle-shaped) seat contoured for greater comfort, an ergonomic backrest that provides lumbar support, and controls for easy adjustment of seat and/or backrest.
The sculptured seat is a generous 21 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 3 inches thick. In addition to its saddle shape, the seat has a waterfall front that improves circulation and reduces strain on the lower legs. The contoured seat is upholstered with molded foam cushioning and has an internal seat board bumperguard for greater resistance to wear.
BioFit contours both the seat understructure and foam cushioning for greater circulation to the lower legs, added comfort and increased durability. Whereas many chair manufacturers shape only the seat cushion, BioFit also gives the internal seat board a waterfall front.
The ergonomic backrest provides lumbar support for the low back, thereby guarding against low-back fatigue. Like the seat, the backrest is a generous size, measuring 15˝ inches wide by 14˝ inches high. The backrest has a plastic protective panel for added durability.
AE Series chairs are equipped with an ergonomic control that enables a seated individual to easily adjust seat height, backrest tilt and/or backrest height for maximum comfort and support.
