June 23, 2011 - Offered in shielded and unshielded models with short or standard length barrel, E2E-2DC Series features solid potted internal circuitry to withstand shock and vibration as well as exposure to cutting oils and washdown locations. Two-wire DC sensors are made of stainless steel or nickel-plated brass, and operate from 10-30 Vdc at temperatures from 13-158°F. Suitable for metal detection in food/pharmaceutical industries, units include prewired 6.6 ft PVC cable with stripped leads or M12 connector.

OMEGA Introduces 2-Wire DC Inductive Proximity Sensor

Omega's new series of 2-wire DC inductive proximity sensors has a sensing distance range of 2 to 20 mm (0.08 to .79"). It comes in shielded and unshielded models with short barrel or standard lengths. The E2E series have solid potted internal circuitry to withstand shock, vibration and for superior environmental resistance such as exposure to cutting oils and washdown locations. This product is widely used in automation and robotics applications. Perfect for detecting metal impurities for Food and Pharmaceutical Industries.
