July 20, 2012 - Featuring portable design with carrying case, 3.6 kVA BETEX 22 ELD TB-270600S heats components such as bearings, couplings, and rings so they can be mounted in maintenance and/or production applications. Unit will accept components with minimum ID of .39 in. and max OD of 9.45 in., plus max width of 4.72 in. In addition to LED display and digital electronics, heater has controller that automatically regulates most efficient use of power to ensure even and rapid heating.

New BETEX 22 ELD Induction Heater from QBC Features Portability with Its Own Carrying Case


(New Hyde Park, New York) - A new portable BETEX 22 ELD induction heater from Quality Bearings & Components (QBC) designed for heating bearings, pulleys, couplings, rings, etc. so that they can easily be mounted in maintenance (MRO) and/or production (OEM) applications. The built-in LED display makes this unit very easy to use. Digital electronics ensure optimum control during the heating process. The controller automatically regulates the most efficient use of power to ensure even and rapid heating. The BETEX 22 ELD is the smallest of a wide range of 12 induction heaters in both standard and turbo types.

Identified as the TB-270600S, this 3.6 kVA heater will accept components with a minimum ID of 10 mm (.39") and a maximum OD of 240 mm (9.45"), plus a maximum width of 120 mm (4.72"). The maximum weight of the component to be heated is 15 kg (33 lbs.). Various accessories are available.
