Ethernet Direct Announces New Industrial Rated IP-66 Cameras for IP Surveillance Solutions
Taipei, Taiwan, 18 December, 2008 - Ethernet Direct Corporation, a professional and primary provider of industrial networking and communication solutions, is pleased to offer a new series Industrial rated IP-66 IP cameras to complement our OVS series Video Server offering the especially designed solution for Industrial Video over Ethernet.
Ethernet Direct offers six models of indoor or outdoor IP cameras ranging from bullet type, fixed dome or speed dome. All models are housed in rugged & protective IP-66 waterproof EMI hardened housing protection. With advanced features, EDS series IP cameras support video encode in MPEG4/MJPEG format with full frame rate, built-in motion detection and PoE. For worldwide applications, both NTSC and PAL are supported. The IP rveillance solutions offer greater advantages in terms of the deployment and management. It is a future proof in today's high technology applications.
The EDS-131 is an indoor bullet type IP camera that incorporates 24 units of LED to cover object distance up to 15 meters. It comes with built-in fixed lens with focal length of 4.3mm and supports 420TV lines of resolution.
The EDS-143 is an Outdoor IP IR Bullet Camera integrated with 3.8 ~ 9.5 mm varifocal lens, 540TV lines of resolution and built-in 1/3" Sony SuperHAD image sensor to offer optimized performance in a variety of environments.
The EDS-331 is an Indoor IR Fixed Dome IP Camera that incorporates 12 units of LED to cover the object distance up to 10 meters. It has built-in fixed lens with focal length 4.3 mm and also built-in IR LED. With 420TV lines of resolution and built-in 1/3" Sony SuperHAD image sensor, EDS-331 targets various vertical markets - like Retail, Banking and Education..
The EDS-341 is an Indoor dome type Megapixel IP camera perfect for indoor environments such as shops, banks, hotels and other facilities. The excellent megapixel resolution allows important areas like entrances or receptions to be monitored in detail.
The EDS-732 is an IP66 Outdoor rated IP dome camera featuring Power over Ethernet, two way audio supports and a Built-in Heater/Fan.
The EDS-741 is an Megapixel IP Rugged Dome security camera with high performance vandal proof device. It features 1/3 Micron progressive scan megapixel CMOS with True Day Night via mechanical IR Cut filter.
