Available in metric sizes, Short Indexing Plungers have 303 SS threaded body and nut, nickel-plated SS plunger pin, and non-removable, nylon plastic knob with matte black finish. They are suited for applications where threaded body must be reduced to a minimum. Lock-out version can be used in situations where plunger has to stay in retracted position. Head of plunger features notches to prevent plunger from slipping from forward position.

Stainless Steel Short Indexing Plungers Available From J.W. Winco
NEW BERLIN, WI - J.W. Winco, Inc., a leading supplier of standard industrial machine components, announced the availability of Stainless Steel Short Indexing Plungers in both non-lock out and lock out types.
Short indexing plungers are standard units for a wide range of applications where the threaded body needs to be reduced to a minimum. The lock out type version has a rest position and is used for applications where the plunger has to stay in its retracted position. The head of the plunger features a notch in opposite positions to prevent the plunger from slipping from its forward position.
Both types of Short Indexing Plungers are available in metric sizes and similarly constructed. The threaded body and nut are fabricated from 303 stainless steel, while the plunger pin is also made of stainless steel and chemically nickel-plated. The knob is non-removable and constructed of matte black, glass fiber reinforced nylon plastic.
