ACS Develops Indexing Part Sorting Table

Automated Control Systems of New Haven, IN has developed an Indexing Part Sorting Table for use with loose piece manufacturing processes. The table includes a 78" diameter turntable and tooling for six loose piece containers. Machine operation is controlled by a part count totalizer, bin location sensor, and indexing motor. The machine counts parts up to a preset number, then indexes to the next container and resets the part count total. A part count input from the press is required. The table is designed for use with stamped loose pieces, but it can be adapted for use with other processes.
Options available in combination with this machine include vision inspection systems, PLC controlled sorting systems, conveying systems, and packaging systems. Custom table diameters and bin sizes are also available.
