July 13, 2010 - Offered as standalone In-Process-Verification (IPV) tool, NCL/IPV enables users to run verification and machine simulation software independently of their current programming software. It runs in conjunction with PostWorks universal 2- to 10-axis postprocessor generator and creates environment with flexibility within programming and machine simulation. Together, capabilities strengthen development of custom postprocessors as well as machine simulation.

NCL Multi-Axis Machining Software Verification Software Now Available as a Standalone Product


Irvine, California - NCCS, the developer of NCL multi-axis machining software for the aerospace, automotive and turbo machinery industry, introduces a new software product to its full line of CAD/CAM software that significantly cuts programming time thereby increasing overall productivity.

NCL/IPV
NCCS has enhanced their CAD/CAM software product line to include a standalone version of the In-Process-Verification software, NCL/IPV that runs independently of NCL.
  • Customers can now run their verification and machine simulation software independently of their current programming software.
  • As a standalone product, NCL/IPV runs in conjunction with PostWorks, a universal 2- through 10-axis postprocessor generator.
  • One of the advantages to this software add-on is it creates a more user-friendly environment with more flexibility within the programming and machine simulation realm. In addition, will strengthen the development of custom postprocessors and machine simulation.

    According to David Schultz, NCCS' Manager of CAD/CAM Applications, "NCL/IPV, In-Process-Verification software will increase the productivity of the users of any CAM system. Adding this capability will greatly improve any shops profitability".
