To prevent mistakes caused by inaccurate mold repositioning, TolTec Microimage Measurer verifies accuracy of mold measurements and checks surface finish during moldmaking process while mold is still in place on EDM or milling machine. It also accelerates production by eliminating routine of removing, measuring, and relocating molds. Measurements are taken and recorded from machine's CNC controller, allowing operator to check X-Y tolerances on-the-fly.
