July 31, 2009 - Configurable to match user viscosity requirements, In-Line Wet Mixer features modular shear-action mixing head, which forces all product through several stages of high-speed rotors and stators to achieve consistent and repeatable finished product. Assuring total particle size reduction and homogenization, stainless steel mixer can handle viscosities from 100 cps and up with flow rates from 0.5-300 gpm, requiring dispersion down to 1 micron, with ±1% repeatability.

In-Line Wet Mixer Processes All Product Without Bypass


A high-speed in-line mixer that processes all product directly through a patented mixing head and can be configured to meet precise user requirements is available from Bematek systems, Inc. of Swampscott, Massachusetts.

The Bematek In-Line Wet Mixer features their modular shear-action mixing head which forces all product through several stages of high-speed rotors and stators to achieve a consistent and totally repeatable finished product. Easily configured to match precise user viscosity requirements, this modular all-stainless steel mixer eliminates any possibility of product bypass.

Assuring total particle size reduction and homogenization, the Bematek In-Line Wet Mixer can handle viscosities from 100 CPS on up with flow rates from 0.5 to 300 GPM; requiring dispersion down to one micron, with ±1% repeatability, depending upon the ingredients and application. The mixer's Modular Engineered Design(TM) incorporates from 1 to 12 shear-action zones.

The Bematek In-Line Wet Mixer is priced from $19,500.00 up, depending upon configuration. FDA, USDA, and 3A compliant systems are also available.
