Designed for on-demand photo books, automatic ODM Super Sewer(TM) features touchscreen LCD control panel that allows operators to choose settings in English, French, Spanish, Japanese, German, and Italian. Control panel also offers selections for producing 4 x 6 to 14 x 18 in. sewn books up to ½ in. thick. Able to stitch up to 600 books/hr, ODM Super Sewer includes Back Tack Technology(TM), which does reverse lock-stitch on head and foot of book block, ensuring strong side sew.

NEW! Multi-Language Touch Screen Control Panel for ODM Super Sewer
The Super Sewer(TM) is an automatic, in-line sewing machine designed for 'on-demand' photo books. The latest feature is a touch screen LCD control panel allowing the operator to choose settings in six languages: English, French, Spanish, Japanese, German and Italian. The control panel is easy to operate with touch screen selections for producing 4" x 6" up to 14" x 18" (up to 1/2" thick) sewn books. The Super Sewer(TM) features Back Tack Technology(TM), simply put the machine does a reverse lock-stitch on the head and foot of the book block. This ensures a very strong side sew which will not come apart at the head and foot like standard side sewn books normally do. ODM Super Sewer(TM) can stitch up to 600 books per hour.
Multi-language touch screen LCD control panel feature will be available on the Super Sticker(TM) (high volume, casing-in machine) and Super Smasher(TM) (high volume, building-in machine) as well.
