ImpacDors are rugged with standard lifetime warranted SS upper and lower hinges, and are custom made to exact size specifications. Featuring one-piece solid core construction, FS-250 ¼ in. ABS door is designed for high-volume foot traffic between kitchen and front of restaurants, and is impenetrable to moisture, food stains, and chemicals. FS-500 ¾ in. door features wood core with reinforced metal spine, and can resist palletized loads but swing freely in foot traffic.

New Impact Doors Offer Ease of Installation and Décor Match
Muscle Shoals, AL (January, 2007)-Aleco, the largest manufacturer in the United States of impact doors, strip doors and pan rack covers for the Food Service Industry, has introduced two new energy-saving ImpacDors especially designed for the food service industry. All of the new ImpacDors doors are rugged, easy to install and custom made to exact size specifications with standard lifetime warranted stainless steel upper and lower hinges.
Specially designed for high-volume traffic between the kitchen and the front of the house in restaurants, the FS-250 is a lightweight and economical ¼" (6mm) ABS door, which is impenetrable to moisture, food stains and chemicals, and is easy to clean. The FS-250 is also available in a variety of colors to match any décor. Its one-piece solid core construction ensures that it will neither chip nor peel even after contact from carts, or hand trucks.
The FS-500 version of the ImpacDor is ¾" (19mm) with a wood core and durable laminates to match any restaurant décor. It has a rigid solid core with a reinforced metal spine and is supported by the easily installed EZ hinge system. The FS-500 can resist palletized loads and still swing freely in high-volume foot traffic.
