October 14, 2004 - RIM-U Universal Replacement Ice Machine Pump has 1/25 hp motor with upper and lower sealed ball bearings. Pump base, impellers, and discharge adapters are molded from NSF-approved thermoplastic, and all pump parts can be removed without hand tools. Discharge adaptors for ˝, 5/8, ľ, and 1 in. tubing are included, along with Y-adaptor for 5/8 in. tubing and selection of 4 impeller sizes. Design and construction materials meet or exceed most OEM specifications.

Single Ice Machine Pump Meets All Manufacturers’ Specs
OKLAHOMA CITY – Little Giant® Pump Company has introduced a new ice machine replacement pump that meets most ice machine manufacturers’ pump specifications. The Little Giant® RIM-U Universal Replacement Ice Machine Pump is designed to perform reliably in ice machines as a replacement unit for original equipment. The design and construction materials of the RIM-U Universal Replacement Ice Machine Pump meet or exceed most OEM specifications. The pump has a 1/25 HP motor with upper and lower sealed ball bearings. The pump base, impellers and discharge adapters are molded from durable, NSF-approved thermoplastic. For ease of cleaning, all pump parts can be removed without the use of hand tools.
Each pump unit comes with a variety of adaptors so it can fit a range of installation configurations. Discharge adaptors for 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4” and 1” tubing are included, along with a Y-adaptor for 5/8” tubing and a selection of four different impeller sizes. The RIM-U is also equipped with four 3-foot lead wires to adapt to 115 or 230 volt installations.
