November 20, 2008 -
Respectively, Series IR6 and IR7 let users take max, min, average, and differential readings of surface temperatures from -76 to +1,600°F and -76 to +1,832°F with 30:1 and 50:1 distance to target ratios. Both handheld series offer accuracy of either ±2% of reading or 4°F (whichever is greater) and provide high/low alarms that give audible and visual indication of process temperature. Built-in white light can be used to illuminate measurement area when working in dark environments.
