Used for testing and troubleshooting, IRT657 point-and-shoot, gun-style IR thermometer lets users measure surface temperatures, including hot, cold, or inaccessible equipment, from safe distance. Response time is 250 msec, and accuracy is ±3°F above 32°F and ±5°F below 32°F. Powered by 9 V battery, instrument has rugged, ergonomic design with 1.6 in. diagonal backlit LCD and front-panel °F/°C selection switch. Other features include 0.95 fixed emissivity and 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio.

The IRT657 has an extremely fast response time of 250 milliseconds, fixed emissivity of 0.95, and a handy front-panel °F/°C selection switch. It comes with a carrying case and a user's manual.
