IPTV Applications Supported by SkyRAY Light and New SkyWAN® Modem Technology
Friedrichshafen, August 23, 2007 - ND SatCom, an SES ASTRA company, has introduced a newly designed IPTV contribution solution. The network solution is user-friendly and cost-effective while providing sophisticated satellite communications technology. ND SatCom's solution for IPTV applications allows live video contribution and video streaming based on MPEG-4/H.264. This new member of ND SatCom's SkyWAN® modem family is the most powerful MF-TDMA modem available in its class. An IP data rate exceeding 10 Mbit/s can be achieved for highest video quality.
