PowerMAX(TM) Series PML and PMH provide working pressures to 2,500 psi and 3,000 psi, respectively. Units feature precision honed steel tubing, positive set screw locking device, and heavy-duty tensile tie rods that prevent cylinder failure during extended high pressure use. Ductile iron rod clevis is threaded 360° for full contact area. Heat-treated shafts and precision machined pistons and caps maximize cylinder life.

New Hydraulic Cylinders Provide Durable Performance with Working Pressure up to 3000 PSI
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Delavan Ag Pumps, Inc. introduces PowerMAX(TM) tie-rod type Hydraulic Cylinders. Series PML cylinders provide working pressure up to 2500 PSI, and Series PMH cylinders provide pressure to 3000 PSI. All cylinders are 100% hydraulically tested up to 1.5 times working pressure.
These cost-effective hydraulic cylinders are engineered to meet the performance and durability requirements of a number of industries including agriculture, forestry, construction, automotive and machining, among others. They offer precision honed steel tubing for extended seal and cylinder life, and heavy-duty tensile tie rods prevent cylinder failure during extended high pressure use. Heat-treated shafts and precision machined pistons and caps provide extended cylinder life.
Additional features include a ductile iron rod clevis that is threaded 360° for a full contact area, and a positive set screw locking device enables PowerMAX cylinders to withstand continuous high loads.
