Cover removes easily without disconnecting vapor hose or dispersion piping; cleanout plate allows direct access to heat exchanger for inspection or cleaning. Humidifier creates chemical-free humidification steam while using boiler steam as energy source. Optional VAPOR-LOGIC3® controller provides temperature sensor, data reports, intuitive menus, backlit display, and real-time clock.

DRI-STEEM Announces Redesigned STS® Humidifier
Redesigned cover and cleanout plate ease maintenance; and VAPOR-LOGIC3® now available as optional controller
(Minneapolis) - DRI-STEEM Humidifier Company announces a complete redesign of the STS Steam-to-Steam Humidifier. A significant design upgrade is improved maintenance access. The top cover removes easily without disconnecting vapor hose or dispersion piping; and the new large side cleanout plate allows direct access to the heat exchanger for inspection or cleaning.
The STS steam-to-steam humidifier creates chemical-free humidification steam while using boiler steam as its energy source. The STS accomplishes this by circulating boiler steam within a heat exchanger, transferring heat to clean fill water, and boiling it into chemical-free humidification. This steam-to-steam system enables the use of on-site boiler steam as an energy source while avoiding direction injection of boiler chemicals into the airstream.
Also, the STS may now be ordered with the optional VAPOR-LOGIC3 controller, which adds many new capabilities including:
• A temperature sensor that enables the controller to hold water at a preset temperature, allowing a rapid response to a call for humidity
• Data reports to monitor humidifier performance
• Easy-to-navigate intuitive menus
• Easy-to-read backlit display
• A real-time clock that allows time-stamped alarm tracking and the ability to program draining for preset times
