Suited for low- and medium-volume product assembly and packaging applications, Benchmark® 205-LV2 System may be used with 1 or 2 hoses and handguns with bead or spray nozzles. It features 1.25 gal melt tank for 8 lb of hot melt adhesive or sealant and operates from 120 V outlet. Constructed with sealed fractional horsepower drive motor and cast iron pump with steel gears, system is ready to operate 30 min after it is switched on and adhesive is loaded.

Hot Melt Technologies New Benchmark® 205-LV2 System is Now 30% More Powerful
ROCHESTER, MI - Hot Melt Technologies' new Benchmark® 205-LV2 System for application of hot melt adhesives is 30% more powerful than the unit it replaces.
Launched in 2005, the Benchmark 205-LV2 offers a hot melt flow rate of up to 50 lbs. per hour, making it ideal for low- and medium-volume product assembly and packaging applications.
The system may be used with one or two hoses and handguns with either bead or spray nozzles, and is an affordable alternative to staplers, stick glue guns, cold glue systems and other joining methods.
The Benchmark 205-LV2 features a 1.25-gal. (4.26-L) melt tank for approximately 8 lbs. of hot melt adhesives or sealants, operates from a 120-volt outlet, and is ready to operate 30 minutes after switching it on and loading the adhesive.
Like all Benchmark Systems, the unit's sealed fractional horsepower drive motor, cast iron pump with steel gears, and simple controls combine for easy use and dependable service in rugged, shop-floor conditions.
