Advanced uniform rapid cooling capability of unit reduces processing time for each HIP cycle increasing throughput. Rapid cooling rates are 175-200°/min with 750-800 lb. load.

New Hot Isostatic Press from Lake City Heat Treating
Lake City Heat Treating offers a new hot isostatic press with ASME safety certification. The new press offers the same specifications and features as Lake City Heat Treating's original HIP pressing system. The hot isostatic press offers both the advantages of high pressure and high speed quench rates approximating that of vacuum cooling systems.
Reaching temperatures of 2,285°F and pressures up to 30,000 PSI, the hot isostatic press offers a load capacity of 18.5" in diameter, 56" in length and 800 lbs. Other features include an advanced uniform rapid cooling capability that dramatically reduces the processing time for each HIP cycle, increasing throughput and lowering cost. Rapid cooling rates are 175-200 degrees per minute with 750-800 lb. load.
