Tangent Launches DataCove Hosted Email Archival Service

BURLINGAME, Calif., Sept. 22 /- Tangent, Inc., a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, today announced the availability of a hosted version of its award-winning DataCove email archival appliance.
Literally any school, government agency, commercial enterprise and non-profit organization must archive and store email in order to be in compliance with legal e-discovery requirements. Along with emails, instant messaging (IM) and digital faxes have to be similarly maintained and accessible. The exponential growth of these communications forms makes this a challenging task, especially given the estimated 5,000 different regulations that are now in force in the United States alone.
