Providing unreversed image, CC-20 comparator utilizes TruLight(TM) LED illuminator monochromatic green LED profile light that, in conjunction with tungsten halogen and available mercury arc surface illumination lighting, offers vivid image on 20 in. dia screen. Unit includes eCAD(TM) electronic overlay package that eliminates need for charts and part overlays. It also has motorized, 550 lb load worktable, while motorized 5-position internal lens turret is optional.

CC-20 Optical Comparator Redesigned with World's First LED Illumination Technology
Beavercreek, OH - Certified Comparator Products (CCP) announces its redesigned horizontal floor stand comparator, the CC-20. The CC-20 features an erect and unreversed image and the world's first implementation of LED illumination in a 20" comparator. The TruLight(TM) LED illuminator is an extremely bright monochromatic green LED profile light that, in conjunction with its tungsten halogen and available mercury arc surface illumination lighting, offers a vivid image on the 20" diameter screen. Its high capacity 550-lbs-load worktable easily handles larger parts. Optional CC-20 features include a motorized 5-position internal lens turret for rapid mag changes and safe lens storage.
The CC-20 offers several key features and optional accessories as a floor model comparator:
o eCAD(TM) electronic overlay package to eliminate the need for charts and part overlays
o Fully motorized worktable operation standard
o Magnification identification on systems with motorized lens turret
o Choice of Metronics Quadra-Chek QC-100 or Electronica EL 500, or optional QC-200 or QC-300 series DRO
