Validatable vertical band sealers are supplied with verification ports for FDA validation of pressure, speed, and temperature for medical pouches. Our vertical form-fill-seal system uses center folded shrink and PE film on a roll for products ranging from 2"x1" up to 12"x8". The HCBS1/4CT-DUAL 12" x 8' offers state of the art odorless and smokeless sealing with a 1/4" secure final seal and trim. Dual heating sections and dual cooling sections make secure seals at high speeds. The HCBS is designed with heavy duty long life chrome plated sealing assemblies designed to seal Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polyolefin and PVC shrink films. A digital read out microprocessor controller provides precise temperature control up to 500 degrees +/- 2 degrees.
Superior performance and high-speed production for "lay-flat" packages! Model HCBS is designed to operate at speeds up to 100' per minute and features a vacuum scrap removal system for the trimmed scrap above the seal area and scrap accumulator.
