This simple, ergonomically advanced cartoner is capable of reaching speeds of up to 440 cartons per minute and its standardized design allows it to be delivered in as little as 12-16 weeks.
A SAFE packaging solution (Simple, Affordable, Flexibile, Ergonomic) from Tisma, the Horizon 100 is ideal for hand-load or fully automated cartoning applications. Machine operators enjoy easier carton blank loading, simplified jam clearing and greater access to the machine’s interior for improved maintenance.
Features on the Horizon 100 include a servo main drive, stainless steel welded frame, precision milled carton pockets, scaled adjustments at all changeover locations, a gear-driven rotary carton placer, a powered carton magazine and PLC controls.
Optional features include the patented Flexo-Tray article buckets, hot melt carton closing, cluster lubrication, pendant HMI, adjustable carton pockets and auto-infeeds. Automatic product infeeds include components for robotics, product phasing, collating and counting for primary and display-pack cartons.
