Tyler® Endless Belt Hopper Feeder Model 4011 is 12 ft long and has fabricated steel frame with adjustable legs that allow for off-bearing height range of 32-37 in. Standard feeder capacity is ½-2 in. thick, ½-12 in. wide, and minimum of 8 in. long stock. Feeder has adjustable speeds from 50-200 fpm. Adjustable, pillow block mounted pulley maintains belt tension and tracking. Applications include feeding molders, sanders, and finishing equipment.

Warsaw Machinery Introduces 12' Model Of The Tyler® Hopper Feeder
Warsaw, IN - Warsaw Machinery, Inc. introduces the Tyler® Endless Belt Hopper Feeder, a bottom endless belt feeder for automatic feeding of variable lengths of lumber from a vertical stack. Applications include feeding molders, sanders, finishing equipment, etc.
The Model 4011 Hopper Feeder is 12' long, and features a fabricated steel frame with adjustable legs that allow for an off-bearing height range of 32" - 37." (This new model adds to the current line which includes 4' and 8' long machines). Standard feeder capacity is ½" - 2" thick, ½" - 12" wide and a minimum of 8" long with an open end that accommodates longer stock. The Hopper Feeder has adjustable speeds from 50 to 200 feet/minute.
An adjustable, pillow block mounted pulley at the in feed end of the feeder easily maintains belt tension and tracking. Side stack supports lock material in place with convenient hand knobs. An adjustable pass gate at the front of the feeder allows only one piece of stock to be fed at a time.
