As the newest addition to Heyco's extensive hole-plug product line, D-Subminiature Hole Plugs quickly and easily provide protection in unused D-subminiature connector mounting holes. No matter which size is needed, Heyco "DB" style connector mounting hole plugs effectively protect sensitive electronic equipment from collecting harmful internal dust, debris, insects or damp conditions, while they improve external aesthetics.
Easily removable when necessary, Heyco D-Subminiature Hole Plugs are available in four sizes to fill 9- to 37-pin D-Subminiature electrical-connector mounting holes. Plugs mount with only fingertip pressure, and remove just as easily to meet changing needs. Optional custom-molded identification or instruction markings are available from Heyco as well.
Construction & Finishes: D-Subminiature Mounting Hole Plugs are precision-molded in Heyco's own state-of-the-art U.S. plant, of high-impact polyamide 6/6 nylon. They conform to ASTM standard D-4066-PA111, have a flammability classification of 94V-2, and have a material temperature index up to 125° C.
Heyco uses a color concentrate, which is injection-molded directly with the nylon, to create uniform and consistently solid-colored parts. D-Subminiature Connector Hole Plugs are available from U.S. stock in black; white and custom colors are available upon request.
