High Static, Low DP Switch handles challenging applications.
September 3, 2014 -
Combining sensitive elastic element and heavily constructed containment vessel, DDS-Series can control differential pressures from 0/6–0/150 in. of water on pressure lines up to 1,500 psi. UL-Listed NEMA 4 water-tight and NEMA 7 explosionproof versions are available with various electrical switches, wetted materials, and setpoint options. Supplied in cast-aluminum housing, differential pressure switch employs near frictionless switching mechanism for optimal repeatability.

Measuring a low differential pressure across a restriction in a high pressure line requires both a sensitive elastic element and a heavily-constructed containment vessel. The Ashcroft® DDS-Series differential pressure switch combines both attributes, enabling it to control differential pressures from 0/6 to 0/150 Inches of Water on pressure lines up to 1500 psi. UL Listed NEMA 4 water-tight and NEMA 7 explosion-proof versions are available with a choice of electrical switches, wetted materials and setpoint options. Encased in a cast-aluminum housing, DDS pressure switches employ a near frictionless switching mechanism for superior repeatability.
