Available for either Thick Turret or Trumpf style tooling, ValuGrind(TM) grinder features 165 mm dia diamond grinding wheel for optimal punch and die finish, and 1,050 W motor to deliver 4,050 rpm for precise surface finish. Unit has precise grind depth control set at 0.02 mm increments for precise finish and to avoid overgrinding. Measuring 820 x 520 x 675 mm in size, unit can handle thick turret tooling styles including AMX, MT, MTG, MTG Long, MXC, Ultra, and all A through E station sizes.

Anoka, Minnesota: Mate Precision Tooling announces introduction of its ValuGrind(TM) high
precision grinder for easy punch and die maintenance. Designed by Mate, ValuGrind lets
fabricators precisely regrind punches and dies to maintain optimum condition for the highest quality parts production.
Available for either Thick Turret or Trumpf style tooling, ValuGrind comes completely
fixtured. ValuGrind has many unique features making it the preferred system to use with Mate tooling, including:
o Extra large 165mm diameter diamond grinding wheel for optimal punch and die finish.
Ensures superior surface flatness compared to standard 125mm CBN and ceramic
grinding wheels.
o Inner wheel cooling system places coolant directly where needed, reducing excessive
heat build-up that could damage the tooling.
o Powerful 1050 watt motor delivers 4050 RPM for high speed, precise surface finish.
Competitive grinders operate with slower, less powerful 550 and 750 RPM motors.
o Precise grind depth control is easily set in 0.02 mm increments for a precise finish to avoid overgrinding.
o Compact, portable tabletop design (820 x 520 x 675 mm) makes ValuGrind easy to
operate where space is limited.
o Handles all of Mate's thick turret tooling styles including Original, AMX, MT, MTG, MTG Long, MXC, Ultra and all A through E station sizes. (Also handles equivalent sized
competitor thick turret tooling).
