Model PH200 Nanowatt Photoreceiver is free-space optical/electrical converter that provides near shot noise performance. Device features photon feedback architecture that delivers bandwidth of greater than 1 MHz, and which provides linearity, bandwidth, and dynamic range suitable for 10 nA to 100 µA photodiode signals.
