June 25, 2010 - Comprised of crystal oscillator (XO) module ICs operating from 1.6-5.5 V, PT7C5035 series supports 40-165 MHz (1.6-5.5 V) third overtone oscillation and fundamental oscillation modes. Voltage regulator drive reduces current consumption and crystal current, subsequently reducing oscillator characteristics supply voltage dependency. Output circuit comprises CMOS buffer than can operate at high frequencies and drive 15 pf capacitance load.

1.8V High Frequency Crystal Oscillator PT7C5035 Series

The PT7C5035 series are 1.8V operation, high-frequency crystal oscillator module ICs.

They support 40MHz to 165MHz (1.6-5.5V) 3rd overtone oscillation and fundamental oscillation modes.

The crystal oscillator circuit has voltage regulator drive, significantly reducing current consumption and crystal current, significantly reducing the oscillator characteristics supply voltage dependency.

The output circuit comprises a CMOS buffer than can operate at high frequencies and drive a 15pf capacitance load.
