July 7, 2011 - Operating from 2,700-3,400 MHz, CVCOT8BE-2700-3400 has typ phase noise of -85 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and tuning sensitivity of 120 MHz/V. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 25.0 MHz and 10.0 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -12 dBc typ. Supplied in hermetically sealed TO-8 package, VCO features metal-can construction with gold-plated pins with no internal wire bonds for optimized signal integrity. Tuning voltage range is 1.0-10 V, with 11 V input.

New 2700-3400 MHz Hermetically Sealed to-8 VCO


Fort Myers, FL - Crystek's CVCOT8BE-2700-3400 TO-8 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 2700 MHz to 3400 MHz and provides high-performance frequency control in harsh, demanding environments. These VCOs feature a typical phase noise of -85 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and excellent linearity. Tuning sensitivity is rated at 120 MHz/V. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 25.0 MHz and 10.0 MHz/V, respectively; second harmonic suppression is -12 dBc typical.

The CVCOT8BE line features a full-functioning VCO in a rugged, hermetically sealed TO-8 package to protect the VCO from moisture, contaminants and other elements. The metal-can construction features gold plated pins with no internal wire bonds for enhanced signal integrity.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the CVCOT8BE-2700-3400 VCO features a tuning voltage range of 1.0V~10V with an input voltage of 11V. Maximum current consumption is 60 mA and output power is +10 dBm. Crystek's TO-8 VCO line has an operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C
