Units include stator winding of insulated enameled copper wire, aluminum die-cast cage rotor, and gear wheels made of high tensile and case-hard steel. Gearbox housing is completely enclosed for operation in harsh conditions, protecting motors from dust and water spray, as well as preventing lubricant loss and dirt build-up.

Robust, Durable Geared Motors for Driving Machines and Equipment of All Types

SOMERSET, NJ -- Danfoss Bauer’s three-phase BG Series helical geared motors are engineered to drive machines and equipment of all types. These motors are available with power from 0.075 to 50HP, with output speeds of 0.3 to 540 rpm and torque range of 177 lbf-in to 163,700 lbf-in.

The BG Series comes as a standard two-stage design and offers simple installation with a wide range of mounting options. These motors include stator winding of high quality insulated enameled copper wire, an aluminum die cast cage rotor and gear wheels made of high tensile and case-hard steel. The state-of-the-art gearbox housing is completely enclosed for operation in harsh conditions, protecting the motors from dust and water spray, as well as preventing lubricant loss and dirt build-up.
