New 100% Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Specialty Caster and Wheel
Payson Casters is pleased to announce the addition of a new heavy duty all stainless steel caster made from grade 304 bar stock, to our extensive product line of standard and custom caster solutions.
The new KP400 Series all Stainless caster has been designed for harsh environments including washdown applications where there is extensive exposure to moisture. The new caster is resistant to corrosion where there is exposure to cleaning agents, steam, chemicals and harsh corrosive chemical agents.
All steel casters are available in wheel sizes ranging from 3” – 8” OD & tread widths of 2-1/2”-3” OD.
Casters include a swivel bracket kingpinless top plate and are fitted with 22 stainless steel balls that measures 7/16”.
Smooth rolling STKP series caster comes standard with high temperature grease for both swivel and rigid configurations. STKP casters include WB brake locks that work positively by stepping down and are easily released by raising upward.
The caster is available from the 300 Series STKP 300 to the STKP 500 Series within our wide array of casters.
Introduced for use in severe applications including high heat to washdown, exposure to sea salt, and sterile environments this caster has proven to be extremely resilient to the most demanding elements and is made in the U.S.A.
