Multizone Heater Control Bank

FALL RIVER, MA — HBControls introduces a new line of Multizone Heater Control Banks for industrial heating applications and ovens.

These compact relays are pre-mounted on a DIN rail clip and measure only 3” x 9”. They can accept AC or DC control inputs and are available with a pre-installed controller wiring harness for single-phase, three-phase with two poles, or three-phase with three poles applications. Units carry approvals from UL, CSA, and CE.

Designated the HBC-EZ series, these relays feature zero cross-switching and a maximum output of 6 amps per pole at 40° C ambient temperature.

The input control voltage range is 4-15 Vdc for the DC model and 90-140 Vrms for the AC model. Operating output voltage can be from 48 to 660 Vrms, and transient overvoltage protection up to 1200 Vpk is provided.

HBControls Heater Control Banks are ideal for use with heaters in plastics molding, semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices, and food processing equipment.
