United Silicone Expands Decorating Equipment into the Lawn and Garden Marketplace
United Silicone, an ITW Decorating Company, has launched the new patent pending Evolution HT - Grower’s Edition, Heat Transfer Decorating Machine. Heat Transfer is a form of product decorating that uses a combination of heat, pressure and dwell to apply pre-printed graphics permanently to a part.
The Evolution HT - Growers Edition is designed specifically for nursery containers requiring high-speed applications of multi-color heat transfer decals up to 355 degrees. This new design temporarily seals off drainage holes, creating a sealed chamber to allow for optimal label application.
This machine is the first heat transfer system of its kind to provide a permanent, multi-color decoration for nurseries and garden centers.
