Two New High-Efficiency Heat Sink Greases
ITW Chemtronics has announced the introduction of two new heat sink greases. CircuitWorks® Boron Nitride Heat Sink Grease and CircuitWorks® Silicone Free Heat Sink Grease are now offered in the CircuitWorks® Repair and Prototype Tools product line.
CircuitWorks® Boron Nitride Heat Sink Grease is an ultra-high efficiency, thermally conductive grease, available in a syringe dispenser for precision application. This engineered material provides maximum thermal conductivity into heat sinks with superior electrical insulation. It is silicone free, and will not harden nor dry out through it's thermal range of -99.4ºF/-73ºC to 392ºF/200ºC.
