PDHI Enhances ConXus Direct Health Coach Information and Documentation System
BERNARDSVILLE, N.J., Oct. 1 / / - PDHI announces the release of ConXus Direct V2.0, an enhanced version of their health coach information and documentation system for population health management programs. ConXus Direct forms part of the integrated ConXus health improvement platform and supports in-person, telephonic, and online coaching modalities.
New and enhanced features include:

- Configurable task management options for enhanced coach workflow and

- An improved user interface that presents a unified participant

- More flexible assignment of participants to coaching groups and
