New Generation MAP Package Analyzer Offers Fastest Turnaround & Smallest Headspace Sample - Meeting Accuracy and Fast-to-Market Initiatives
Glen Rock, NJ: CheckMate II, the next generation in package headspace gas analyzers available from PBI-Dansensor America Inc., features a fast, accurate breakthrough sensor concept that requires only a very small headspace sample volume to test the O2, CO and O2/CO2 gas mix in shelf-stable Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) to reduce sampling faults in laboratory R&D and end-of-line quality testing.
A complete self-diagnostics function monitors the analyzer, detects the most common user errors, sets off warning alarms and captures and prints the error message along with the test results.
CheckMate II, designed for fast, easy set-up and operation, accommodates 500 different programs to sort and test data. Data concerning products and programs can easily be imported via a barcode reader.
Designed for user-friendly operator interface, the CheckMate II features sturdy design, a true-color display and a self-teaching menu guide that features test selections, alarm settings, product names and a multi-language/symbols converting tool.
A built-in pump with reduced gas sampling start-up ensures easy and faultless operation when the syringe is introduced into the package. Protection to the sensor is provided by an efficient water trap that prevents liquids taken in with the air sample from coming in contact with the sensor. A protected Smart Pen syringe is also available as an optional feature.
CheckMate II features self-diagnostics and documentation functions to provide complete traceability according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Remote access and firmware upgrades via LAN and Internet connections and USB provide quick, time-saving features.
