SAKOR Technologies, Inc., a recognized leader in the implementation of instrumentation products for powertrain system testing, announces Version 4.1 of its DynoLAB(TM) Test Executive and the DynoLAB(TM) PT system with a complete, regenerative AC small engine dynamometer. This combination is ideal for small engine components found in lawn care tools, outboard motors, motorcycles, and generators.
The DynoLAB Test Executive Version 4.1 is the powerful software core of SAKOR's flagship testing products, DynoLAB PT and DynoLAB EM. This robust software is based on National Instruments' LabVIEW® and SAKOR's proprietary software architecture and offers operators the most user-friendly graphical user interface available. It also gives operators the ability to create complex test sequences without complex programming.
Additionally, Version 4.1 features a profiling module that is particularly useful in durability applications, and allows for the precise simulation of actual operating conditions of the device while undergoing testing. Data obtained in this manner more accurately reflects the expected performance of the unit under real world conditions.
In conjunction with the Version 4.1 software core, the DynoLAB PT is ideal for engine and powertrain testing. It provides cost-effective, reliable testing of engine and drivetrain components in performance, durability, and quality control applications. The DynoLAB PT seamlessly integrates external devices, including all types of dynamometers, throttle actuators, spark & fuel controllers, combustion analysis systems, emission analyzers, driver's aid consoles and other smart I/O devices. Available with flexible I/O hardware configurations, DynoLAB PT's modular design makes it easy to expand and maintain.
The DynoLAB PT offers control rates up to 200Hz, acquisition rates of >20MHz, and optional I/O configurations to accommodate high density, high speed or fully distributed I/O in any combination.
