Imation Launches New Apollo(TM) External Hard Drive Products
Innovative Apollo Expert and Pro external hard drives deliver portability, connectivity and leading edge capacities up to 1.5 TB for digitally-driven users
NEW YORK, Sept. 18 / -- HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR! -- Imation Corp. (NYSE:IMN) today announced two new products in its Apollo(TM) family of external hard drives (EHD). First, the 2.5-inch Apollo(TM) Expert, a line of pocket-sized, portable EHDs sheathed in a protective skin that looks just as striking vertically or horizontally on their integrated swivel stands. Next, the Apollo(TM) Pro, a line of 3.5-inch EHDs that keeps impressive data capacities and stands out on the desk. The Apollo Pro line today debuts the Apollo(TM) Pro WX, adding certified USB wireless capability for users who want to clear the cords from their workspace. Imation will display its Apollo external hard drives at the Pepcom® Holiday Spectacular! event at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Manhattan tonight from 6-9 p.m.
