Available in threaded-body and mounting plate versions, precision indexing plungers feature knob handle for retraction. Both versions are come in locking and non-locking types. Former locks in retracted position by turning 90°, while latter stays extended via spring force except when manually held in retracted position. Knob is matte black, fiber-reinforced, nylon thermoplastic; plunger is heat-treated steel; and body is steel with black oxide finish.

These new precision indexing plungers from Carr Lane come with an attractive knob handle for convenient retraction. Available in threaded-body and mounting plate versions. Both versions come in a choice of either a locking type, which locks in retracted position by turning 900, or non-locking type, which stays extended by spring force except when manually held in retracted position. Several sizes are available.
The new knobs offer high strength and durability in an extremely compact assembly. The knob is made of matte black fiber-reinforced nylon thermoplastic, the plunger is made of heat treated steel, and the body is steel with black oxide finish.
