It is integrated into other hardware for applications such as ticketing systems and access control. This module chip is ideal for installation into devices such as printers, terminals and handheld devices.
This HF RFID reader module chip, model 713001, operates at a frequency of 13.56MHz. It has no antenna. the RFID module offers a maximum read and write distance of up to 20cm and is compatible with ISO15693 transponders and other standard tags including I-CODE SLI and Tag-it HF-I. It operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C.The RFID reader offers RS232, UART and RS485 communication interfaces. It requires a 5V DC power source with 80mA in transmit mode and 70mA in standby mode.
