Gum Exterminator® 1000/3000/5000 CVG and disinfecting CVGP series, featuring 50 and 60 Hz machines, include complete vacuum/extraction system with filtration and Gum Exterminator® peripheral unit. Vacuum units include HEPA and water filtering. Respectively, 60 Hz 1000/3000/5000 series offer ratings up to 356°F with 105 psi, 364°F with 115 psi, and 369°F with 125 psi, while 50 Hz machines offer ratings up to 180°C with 7.2 bar, 184°C with 7.9 bar, and 187°C with 8.6 bar.

Gum Removers with Increases Temperature and Pressure
Daimer® boosts performance across its 12-unit line of Gum Exterminator® systems, including those for 60 Hz and 50 Hz markets.
WOBURN, MA U.S.A - Daimer Industries®, recognized for supplying chewing gum removers to cleaning professionals, plans to increase the power across its entire Gum Exterminator® line of machines. The improvements affect 12 systems in a range of configurations for domestic and foreign markets.

More Powerful Gum Removers
The 12 enhanced Gum Exterminator® machines include the following improvements:
- 1000 CVG and disinfecting CVGP series: 60 Hz machines now offer up to 356°F with 105 psi; the 50 Hz machines now offer up to 180°C with 7.2 bar.
- 3000 CVG and disinfecting CVGP series: 60 Hz machines now offer up to 364°F with 115 psi; the 50 Hz machines now offer up to 184°C with 7.9 bar.
- 5000 CVG and disinfecting CVGP series: 60 Hz machines now offer up to 369°F with 125 psi; the 50 Hz machines now offer up to 187°C with 8.6 bar.
Each of the gum removers still includes a complete vacuum/extraction system with filtration and Daimer®'s Gum Exterminator® peripheral unit. The vacuum units include HEPA and water filtering.
The gum removers include an integrated Gum Exterminator® unit that includes a squeegee suction head, a non-rusting metallic brush/scraping unit and a recently reformulated dissolving solution. Each of the machines comes with enough solution for 22 gallons (83 liters) of finished chemical. The water-based chemical formula offers biodegradability and minimal mixing -- once reconstituted, the solution will not need to be remixed, a drawback affecting competing chemical products.
