Camdenboss Adds Heavy Duty Guarded Footswitch to Range of Control Products
CamdenBoss has extended its family of control products with the addition of a new heavy duty guarded footswitch.
Competitively priced, the new industrial die-cast footswitch is ideal for use in all heavy duty applications and provides a choice of single- or double-pole snap action or slow action contact blocks with normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contacts. A combined snap/slow action double pole version is also available. Contact blocks feature a 500V 10A fuse to protect against short circuits and are rated at 250V/6A, 400V/4A and 500V/1A AC or 24V/6A, 125V/1.1A and 250V/0.4A DC. Insulation voltage is 500V AC, 600V DC.
Actuating forces for the switches are 10N for single snap action, 12N for single slow action, 13N for double snap action and 15N for double slow action. Additional features include rising saddle-washer terminal connections, positive opening operation, silver contacts, anti-slip foot pedal and non-slip rubber feet.
CE approved, the new CamdenBoss heavy duty guarded footswitch is supplied with an IP65 cable gland. Unguarded versions are also available.
