Grippers to Serve as Robot Hands and For Parts Handling in Various Automated Motion Devices

In support of more automated production in the United States, Mack corporation offers a product line of grippers in two and three finger versions to simulate the motion of a human hand.

Units can be mounted to any motion device or serve as hands on robots.

Grippers operate on plant air with double acting drive motion for gripping parts externally or internally. Inlet pressure maybe reduced to handle fragile parts.

An important feature is the ease in which fingers can be fabricated to conform to special shapes and the ease in which finger sets can be changed to handle a mix of products.

An additional feature is a threaded adjustment between linear drive motion and angular finger motion to correct for minor dimensional variations in production batches.

The product line with supporting technical data is offered in general catalog form at and presented on web site www.mackcorp.com.
